The Audi
A2 is a compact MPV styled super-mini car, with a five
door hatchback body style and four or five seats, produced
by the German manufacturer Audi. Based on the Audi
A2 concept car first shown at the Frankfurt Motor
Show. The A2 was notable for being constructed from aluminum,
which in combination with its efficient engines, made it an
extremely economical car on fuel. The A2 still uses a contemporary uni-body
construction, with significant elements of space frame principles, and it is
tagged by Audi as an Audi Space Frame
design.
